Hydrophilic Catheters

Round 2028 is the next round of the Medicare DMEPOS competitive bidding program. CMS groups the codes it bids into product categories, each with a lead item that CMS names and that the bidding for the category is organized around. The count above is measured from the published category list, and the lead code is the one CMS names.

A code page here carries the long descriptor, the Medicare policy that governs the code where one has been read, and the published Medicare allowable where the fee schedule has been read. A page exists for a code once a rate read exists for it. Codes in the category without a page are counted above and not listed below, so the table is never longer than what has actually been checked.

What is not here is a commercial rate. No figure taken from a payer machine-readable file appears on this page, and no bidding figure does either.
