The Trust Center will bring the four legal documents together on one page with a plain account of where the data comes from. Until that page is built, the documents themselves are the record. The privacy policy, the terms, the security page and the disclaimers are each published at their own address and are linked from the foot of every page on this site. What they say about the data is what this site says everywhere else. Rates come from the machine-readable files payers publish under the Transparency in Coverage rule, benchmarks come from the public Medicare fee schedule, and both are refreshed on a monthly cadence with the file date shown.
