Remove a bundle

Step by step

Before you start. Only a workspace owner can remove a bundle. You can do it on your profile or on the bundle's row in Bundles.

  1. Click your initials in the top bar, choose Profile & preferences and click the Code bundles tab.
  2. On a bundle marked Active, click Remove.
  3. Read the line that appears. It gives the date access ends and says the bundle is not billed again. A bundle added this period that was never billed ends now instead.
  4. If it is your last bundle, the line adds that your base platform subscription keeps billing until you cancel it.
  5. Click Yes, remove, or Keep to back out.

What you see. The card keeps Active and shows Ends and the date, and the bundle stays open until then. If your plan is not set to end, a Keep button puts it back with no charge now, and it bills again from your next renewal. If Keep says your last payment has not gone through, update your payment method on link.com, then click Keep again once that payment has gone through. A bundle that ended now shows Locked again.

Tip. The app does not credit the time left in the period when you remove a bundle. To ask about a credit, write to billing@payortransparency.com.

Cancel your plan

Step by step

Before you start. Only a workspace owner can cancel the plan in the app. Canceling the base platform subscription ends every bundle on the plan with it.

  1. Click your initials in the top bar, choose Profile & preferences and click the Code bundles tab.
  2. Under Base platform subscription, click Cancel plan.
  3. Read the line that appears. It gives the date every bundle ends with the plan, the end of your paid month or year.
  4. On month to month, it also says a bundle added since your last invoice has not been billed and ends now.
  5. Click Yes, cancel plan, or Keep to back out.

What you see. The section shows Ends and the date in place of Active, and Keep plan replaces Cancel plan. Access runs to that date. Until then, Bundles asks you to keep the plan before you add a bundle.

Tip. Before the end date, click Keep plan to undo the cancel with no charge now. After it, the rate pages lock for the codes on the plan, earlier months included, and Chat takes no new questions. Briefs you saved and past chats stay readable. Access arranged with our team follows its own agreement.
