Payers

One page per payer, describing what that payer publishes under the Transparency in Coverage rule. A payer page states how often a new index appears, how that index is arranged and what becomes of earlier months, and it names the public document each statement was read from.

The same page carries the figures a payer discloses about its own size, each recited on the basis that payer states and as of the date it states. Those bases differ from payer to payer, and they are reproduced here rather than reconciled into one, because a figure counted on someone else’s definition stops being their figure the moment it is converted.

What is not here is a commercial rate. No figure taken from a payer machine-readable file appears on a payer page, and nothing on one describes what this product does with a payer’s files. These pages report public posting behaviour and public disclosures, which anyone can go and read for themselves.
