Google Drive says a box was left unticked. What now?

Step by step

Before you start. Google exports need the Create and edit Drive files box ticked on Google's screen. When it is left unticked, the pop-up says One box was left unticked and no connection is stored.

1. 1If the pop-up stays open, click Close window.
2. 2Click your initials in the top bar and choose Profile & preferences.
3. 3On the Account tab, under Connected apps, click Connect on Google Drive.
4. 4On Google's screen, keep the Create and edit Drive files box ticked and continue.
5. 5If you started from a saved insight's Export menu, click Reconnect and allow Drive access there instead. PDF (print view) and PNG image work without Drive.
6. 6To stop access later, click Disconnect, then Disconnect again to confirm.

What you see. Google Drive reads Connected as with your Google address.
