Why is something locked?
Locks mean the codes or feature are not in your workspace's plan. Owners click the lock to open Bundles; members see that an owner can add it.

Understand a lock
Step by step
Before you start. A lock means your workspace's bundles or plan do not include that item yet. Opening a lock changes nothing on its own.
- A dashed code chip with a lock means that code is not in your bundles. A dashed bundle chip with a lock stands for a bundle of such codes. No rate figures are shown for them.
- The lock pill in the top bar counts how many of the app's codes your bundles unlock. It disappears once the workspace holds every code.
- In the Insights Library, Monitors, Sources and saved conversations come with the base platform subscription, so they show a lock until the workspace has it.
- Chat is locked means the workspace has no active plan and no bundle.
- If you are an owner, click the lock chip, See bundles or See plans. Bundles opens, at the matching bundle when there is one.
- If you are a member, the lock or the Bundles sheet says a workspace owner can add bundles. Click see Team to find your owner.
What you see. Bundles opens beside the page with each bundle's codes and price, and nothing is added until an owner goes on to add one.
Tip. When a lock says your plan lapsed, your saved conversations are kept. An owner renews by clicking a locked button such as Add monitor, which opens Bundles.
