How do I get alerts by email?

Step by step

Before you start. Near the bottom of a summary email is a link named Unsubscribe from summary emails. It opens a page in your browser, and you do not need to sign in.

1. 1In the email, click Unsubscribe from summary emails.
2. 2The page calls it the digest email and asks Unsubscribe from the digest email? Click Unsubscribe.
3. 3The page changes to You’re unsubscribed. If it shows that as soon as it opens, the email was already off.

What you see. The summary email stops. In-app alerts and your other settings stay as they are. To get it again, sign in, click your initials in the top bar, choose Notification settings, turn on Email notifications and click Save changes under Delivery.

Tip. If the page says This link isn’t valid, the link is wrong or has expired and nothing changed. Sign in and turn off Email notifications in Notification settings instead, then click Save changes under Delivery.
