Watch the codes you care about, set when an alert fires, read your alerts and choose what reaches your inbox.
Each question below opens a guide with its short videos, the written steps for every screen and the full narration, so you can follow along with the app open beside it. The numbers in the videos are illustrative and the payers are anonymized.
How do I watch a code?
Click the bell next to a code on the Rates tab or its page, or Subscribe under a Chat answer. Watching lets you set alert thresholds and narrows News to your codes.

How do I choose when a rate alert fires?
A watched code alerts you when a payer median moves past your rule. Set one per payer with Alert threshold, or set a stricter rule in Notification settings.

Where do I see my rate alerts?
Click the bell in the top bar, or open Rate Watch, News, Rate movements. Each unread alert stays there until you open it or mark it seen.

How do I get alerts by email?
In Notification settings, turn on Email notifications, pick a daily or weekly summary, and turn on Include rate movements so your rate alerts are in it.
