Get rates into a spreadsheet
Step by step
Before you start. The Rates tab has no download button, so you take the rows from a Chat answer instead.
- Click Chat in the top bar and ask about one code in one state, for example "Who pays the most for A4351 in Texas?"
- When the answer shows its chart, click Table at the chart's top right.
- Under the table, click Copy table and paste the rows into your spreadsheet, or click CSV to download them as a file.
- To keep the answer as a brief, click Save insight under it, then Save insight in the sheet.
- Click Saved to Insights to open the brief, then click Export in the toolbar at the bottom of the page and choose Excel (XLSX).
What you see. Copy table reads Copied for a moment, and CSV or Excel (XLSX) downloads a file to your computer.
Tip. The table has one row per payer, with the p25, p50 and p75 the chart draws, its count, and its difference from Medicare when there is a Medicare fee.
