Share a brief with your team
Step by step
Before you start. Each brief you own has a switch under its title with Private and Shared with team. A brief saved from Chat starts Private, and one made with Generate brief starts Shared with team.
- 1Open a brief you own, from Insights Library under Saved.
- 2Under the title, click Shared with team. The change saves at once.
- 3Everyone in your workspace can now open it under Saved and add comments. At the top they see Team insight and your name.
- 4To hide it again, click Private. Then only you can open it in the app. A read-only link you made with Share keeps working until you revoke it under Share links or it expires.
What you see. While your team can see the brief, only you can share, refresh or rename it.
Tip. Only the brief's owner sees this switch. To show a brief to someone outside your workspace, click Share in the toolbar for a read-only link.

Before you start. You need a brief you own with a share link. Each click on Share in the brief's toolbar makes a new one.
- 1Open the brief from Insights Library, under Saved.
- 2Scroll down to Share links, above Comments.
- 3Click Revoke next to the link you want to stop.
What you see. The link is struck through and reads revoked with the date. Anyone who opens it now sees a page saying the link is not available.
