Why is a news item missing?

News follows the codes you watch, or every code in your bundles when you watch none. Check the filters, and watch the code you are missing.

Widen what News covers

Step by step

Before you start. News lists only the items that name one of your codes. If you watch codes, those are the codes you watch that are in your bundles. If you watch none, they are every code in your bundles.

  1. Click Rate Watch in the top bar, then click News. If you watch codes, a line under the Overview, Rate movements and Policy & industry buttons says News is scoped to the codes you watch.
  2. To add the missing code, find its row on the Rates tab and click the bell at the right end of the row. To cover every code in your bundles instead, click Watching above the board, then click each filled bell to stop watching.
  3. A code outside your bundles never counts, even when you watch it. If the line under the Rate Watch title reads None of the codes you watch are in your bundles, News lists nothing until you watch a code that is in your bundles. On Rates, See bundles under Not in your bundles shows the bundle that adds a code.
  4. Overview shows only a few of the newest items. Click Policy & industry for the full feed, and Load older under the list for older items.
  5. Check the Update type, Product category and Since menus above the feed. Click Policy & industry again to clear all three.
  6. Check the Snoozed and Done tabs beside the menus. A snoozed item returns to Open when the snooze ends. A done item stays out of Open until you expand it on Done and click Move to Open.
  7. A Round 2028 item shows in News only when it names one of your codes. The Round 2028 tab lists Round 2028 items whatever codes they name.

What you see. With no codes watched, the line under the Rate Watch title counts the codes in your bundles instead of the codes you watch.

Tip. Watched codes and the Done and Snoozed tabs are per person, so a teammate's News can list items yours does not.
