The website says Payer Analyst. Where is that in the app?

Step by step

Before you start. The website and the app name a few things differently.

1. 1Payer Analyst on the website is the Chat tab in the app's top bar.
2. 2Rate Watch News is the News tab inside Rate Watch.
3. 3A brief and an insight are the same thing, an answer saved with its data frozen as of that day. Save insight under a Chat answer and Generate brief on some Catalog questions both make one.
4. 4Find briefs and insights in Insights Library, under Saved.
5. 5The Box Score on the website is the DIRECT ANSWER block at the top of a Chat answer.
6. 6Rate Watch and Insights Library carry the same names in both places.

Tip. The Payer Analyst link in the app footer opens the website's Product page, not Chat.
