Sign in, set up your workspace, find your way around and set the defaults the app works from.
Each question below opens a guide with its short videos, the written steps for every screen and the full narration, so you can follow along with the app open beside it. The numbers in the videos are illustrative and the payers are anonymized.
How do I sign in, sign up or sign out?
There is no password. Use Continue with Google or your email and a 6-digit code, and your first sign-in creates your account. Sign out from the account menu.

How do I set up my workspace the first time?
Your first sign-in opens a short setup. Pick your roles, pick the code bundles you need and a billing term, then confirm and continue to checkout.

I was invited to a team. How do I join?
Open the invitation link and sign in with the exact address it was sent to. Pick your roles, check what your workspace already has, then click Start exploring.

How do I get around the app?
Four tabs across the top take you to Home, Chat, Rate Watch and the Insights Library. Your initials at the top right open the account menu.

What does the Home page show me?
Home briefs you on this month's rates for the codes in your bundles. It shows the biggest move in your state, up to three signals, a rate snapshot and a suggested question.

How do I set my roles, default state and chart?
In Profile & preferences, Role & focus sets the roles that shape suggestions, and Display preferences sets a default state, payer, time range and chart type.

How do I change my name or email?
Change your display name on the Account tab of Profile & preferences. Your sign-in email cannot be changed in the app.
